  • Beef qeema (Mince) 650g (with 20% fat)
  • Makhan (Butter)
  • Burger buns as required
  • 1-2 tsp cooking oil
  • Namak (Salt) to taste
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
  • Cheddar cheese slices


 Assembling 


  • Prepared burger sauce
  • Salad patta (Lettuce leaf)
  • Tamatar (Tomato) slices
  • Pyaz (Onion) rings
  • Pickled jalapenos slices


 Instructions 


 For Prepare Pickled Burger Sauce 


Combine mayonnaise, mustard paste, spicy sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pickled onion, and cucumber in a bowl. Stir thoroughly and leave aside.


 For Prepare Smash Burger Patties 


  • Place the beef mince (75g) into a bowl and shape it into a ball.
  • To make eight, arrange all of the meatballs on a tray and chill for fifteen minutes.
  • Toast burger buns and leave aside after heating a cast-iron hot pan and brushing it with butter.
  • Put the meatballs and butter paper on a cast iron hot pan that has been greased with cooking oil. Press down with a flat weight to flatten the balls (smash them as thin as possible).
