 Ingredients  


 Prepared Tomato Puree 



  • 3-4 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp tomato paste



 Prepared Moroccan Chicken Soup 



  • 2-3 olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 250g small cubes boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/2 red chili Crushed 
  • 1 tsp or to taste salt
  • 1/4 cinnamon powder 
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder 
  • 1 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1/4 cup soaked black lentil gram
  • 2 liter water
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup vermicelli pasta
  • Fresh Parsley chopped 



 Instructions 

 

  • For making tomatoes puree, first of all in a deep pot add three to five  medium chopped tomatoes, half cup of water bring it to boil, cover and cook on medium flame for at least four to five minutes. 
  • Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of blender then turn on the flame add two tsp of tomato paste whisk well and cook for one to ten minutes. Tomato puree are ready set aside. 
  • To create Moroccan soup, add half a cup of chopped medium-sized onions to a large pot along with two to three tsp of cooking oil, and stir to combine. Add half a tsp minced ginger and one tsp chopped garlic, then sauté for one minute. 250 grams of tiny, boneless chicken cubes should be added last. Stir the chicken until it changes color. Next, Add half a cup of chopped carrots and a half-teaspoon each of black pepper and turmeric. When thoroughly mixed, add a teaspoon or to taste of salt, paprika, cinnamon powder, and a quarter tsp of cumin. Simmer over medium heat for a few minutes.
  • Add one fourth cup of black soaked lentil gram and mix well. 
  • Add prepared tomato puree and mix well. 
  • Add 2 liters of water, one chicken cube mix well and bring it to boil then cover and cook on very low flame for at least 35 to 40 minutes. 
  • Once done add one cup of boiled chickpeas, one fourth cup of vermicelli pasta mix well spread some fresh  Parsley chopped cover and cook on low flame for at least eight to ten minutes.
