This veg white sauce pasta recipe has been my all time favorite since my childhood. It is very yummy, cheesy, creamy and delicious. There is no need cream in this pasta to make it perfect. We make it in very simple way with very low budget that anyone can make it or eat it with love. You can add any fresh vegetables that you want to add. Any type of pasta you can add in this veg white sauce pasta recipe, make sure that pasta look delicious after the boiling, otherwise you cook as is it that I have given bellow this.


 Ingredients 


  • Water 3 Glass
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil 1 tsp
  • Penne Pasta 200 Gram
  • Butter/Cooking Oil 4 tsp
  • Garlic Chopped 1/2 tsp
  • Carrot Chopped 3 tsp
  • Capsicum Chopped 3 tsp
  • Black Paper 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 3 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Raw Milk 1 & 1/2 Cup
  • White Paper/Black Paper 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese 4 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp


 Instructions 


  • First of all, add 3 glasses of water, half spoon of salt and one spoon of oil in the pan. Then when it boils, add the pasta in it. The pasta will be boiled in about 5 to 7 minutes. When the pasta is boiled, take it out of the hot water and put it in cold water, then add a little oil and mix it. Keep it.
  • Put one to two spoons of butter in a frying pan and add half a spoon of chopped garlic. After the garlic is lightly fried, add two to three spoons of carrot and capsicum and add them both chopped. Apart from these two vegetables, you can use any vegetable in it, but you will not fry any vegetable more than 30 to 40 percent. When it is half fried, add half a spoon of salt or as per preference. Add 1/4 of black pepper and then fry them, the spices in white sauce pasta are very less, if you want, you can add more spices according to your taste. Half a teaspoon of sugar will be added in it. The sugar is there to balance all the spices and all the vegetables, so you can skip this step, but if you add it, double the taste of the recipe. After adding sugar, mix it a little, then add two to three tablespoons of soy sauce and let it simmer for a while. You don't have to overcook the vegetables. Once it turns a little light brown or takes the shape you want inside your pasta, you can take it out and keep it aside.
  • Put two to two and a half spoons of butter in a frying pan, add one to one and a half teaspoons of all purpose flour and then fry it on low heat. Turn it off. Now add one to one and a half cups of milk in it. While you are adding milk in this mixture you have to keep stirring the spoon until the milk is completely mixed. After adding the milk, now it Half a spoon of white pepper will be added inside. White pepper will be added because the color of the sauce does not change. If you do not have white pepper, you can use black pepper inside it, when it is light. When it starts to thicken then four spoons of chatter cheese should be added in it.
  • First add the roasted vegetables to the prepared white sauce and mix it well, then add the boiled pasta and mix well and serve two to three servings.
