  • Chicken meat 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves (peeled) 4-6 cloves
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Red Chilies 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Karahi masala (prepared) 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

  • Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan and add chicken meat, garlic cloves, vinegar, salt and ginger paste to it. When 1 cup of water is left, take out the meat.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the boiled meat in it.
  • In another saucepan, add chopped red chilies, soy sauce, black pepper powder, kadai masala, tezpaat and 1/4 cup oil and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add meat and curd and cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
  • Remove to a serving dish and serve with warm roti.
