 Ingredients 


 For Pakora 


  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sabot dhaniya (coriander)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 potato (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 green chili
  • 2 green onion


 For Kari 


  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • 4 tsp besan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 onion (sliced)


 Instructions 


  • Chop the onion finely, sauté it in six tablespoons of oil.
  • Then add four glasses of water and simmer the curd while adding salt, red pepper, and turmeric powder. Chop the potato and onion finely, then add the salt and green pepper.
  • After adding the water and mixing, add the coriander, cumin, anardana, and red chilies.
