 Ingredients 


  • 1.5 kg chicken cubes 
  • 1 cup Chholay
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 medium Piyaaz
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp white cumin
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp adrak
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1/2 tsp sweet soda
  • 2 tsp masoor dal

 Instructions 



  • Heat a cup of oil in a pot and fry two finely chopped onions golden brown and add fourteen pieces of chicken and dry the water.
  • Now add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, ground red chilies, ground hot spices and salt to taste and fry lightly.
  • Then take out a bowl of soaked chickpeas and again add three to four glasses of water and lentil dal and cook on low heat.
  • When it boils, add half a teaspoon of sweet soda.
  • Then turn off the stove after the chickpeas are cooked and combined with the dal.
  • After that, add chopped tomatoes to the chicken pieces and fry lightly and add two cups of water.
  • When it boils, add chickpeas, finely chopped ginger, chicken cubes and white cumin and keep it on low flame.
  • When the oil comes to a boil, serve the ready chicken with hot naan.
