 Ingredients 

 Sugar syrup (Preparation) 


  • 2 cup water
  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp kewra ARQ 
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


 Gulab Jamun (Preparation) 


  • 250g Lassa khoya
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 all purpose flour
  • Half egg
  • Ghee 


 Instructions 


  • For prepare sugar syrup, take a deep pot in which add two cups of water, one and half cup of sugar and mix it well.
  • Cook on medium flame until syrup is sticky.
  • Keep a side, add one table spoon of kewra ARQ, half table spoon of cardamom powder and one table spoon of lemon juice and again mix it well, and keep it a side.
  • For Gulab Jamun preparation, first of all add 250g of Lasso khoya you can get it from the sweet shopkeeper shop's and mash properly by hands, then add one pinch of baking soda, one pinch of salt or to taste, half cup of all purpose flour, half egg in material and mix well to a smooth dough.
  • Requires 5 to 8 minutes kneading.
  • Make small balls should have no cracks.
  • Take a deep pot in which add ghee as per required, add ball when ghee is medium hot, gently stir while frying and then take it out from hot ghee.
  • Leave balls in hot sugar syrup for at least 60 minutes.
