 Chicken Lasagna

 Ingredients 


 Chicken Filling 


  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 
  • 2 Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 
  • 1 tsp Chicken qeema (Mince) 
  • ½ kg Tamatar (Tomato) Chopped 
  • 2 Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup 
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp 
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 tsp 
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 1 tsp 
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp 
  • Tomato paste 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock or pani (water) 1/2 cup 
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) Chopped 1 cup


 White sauce 


  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tsp 
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ cup 
  • Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste 
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


 Assembling  


  • Lasagna sheets 12 boiled 
  • Chicken filling 
  • White sauce Cheddar cheese 1 Cup or as required 
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup or as required 
  • Dried oregano to sprinkle


 Instructions 


 For Chicken Filling 

  • Add oil to a saucepan cut the onion and garlic, and sauté for one to two minutes.
  • When the mince changes color, add the chicken and sauté.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and tomato ketchup, and well stir.
  • Cook for two to three minutes after adding the tomato paste, chicken stock or water, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Add the capsicum, stir, and reserve.



 For White Sauce 

  • Take a pan melt butter, then add the all-purpose flour and cook to combine.
  • Ata time add 1 tsp milk, stirring and mixing constantly.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens after adding the salt and white pepper powder.


 For Assembling 

  • Apply butter with help of brush to a baking dish, then pour in white sauce, cover with lasagna sheets, add chicken filling, and then pour in more white sauce. Finally, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  • Carry out the same procedure again.
  • Add dried oregano, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses.
  • Bake at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Lasagna with chicken is prepared.
