Ingredients


  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 200g chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 medium shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels boiled
  • 2 tsp Makhan (Butter)
  • 2 tsp lehsan (Garlic) chopped
  • 2 tsp maida (All-purpose flour)
  • 2 cup doodh (Milk) 
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 200g fusilli pasta boiled
  • Green onion leaves (Hara pyaz) 


 Instructions 


  • In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, paprika powder, garlic, pink salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Make sure the chicken fillet is evenly coated before adding it to the mixture. Give it a 15-minute marinating period under cover.
  • Fill a skillet with hot cooking oil. Over low heat, sear the marinated fillet for five to six minutes on each side.  
  • Using the same frying pan, add capsicum and corn kernels. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and set aside for later use.
  • In a wok, melt butter. For one minute, add the garlic and sauté. Add the all-purpose flour and well blend.
  • Add the milk and simmer, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add the cream and well stir on low heat.
  • Mix well after adding the dried parsley, pink salt, oregano leaves, black pepper powder, and garlic powder.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and thoroughly combine.
  • Now, add the sautéed vegetables and cooked chicken. Mix everything well.
  • Garnish with green onion leaves, red chili, and serve.
  • Allow it to cool, then cut it into cubes using a knife and set aside.
