 Peri Peri Spaghetti 


Peri Peri Spaghetti is the most favourite dish for everyone. Anyone can cook easily with the ingredients at your home. It takes minimum time to make recipe is given below. 


 Ingredients 


 Prepare Peri Peri Seasoning 


  • 1 & 1/2 tsp sugar powdered
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp lehsan powder (Garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp nion powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tatri (Citric acid)
  • 2 (300g) chicken fillets 
  • 1tap peri peri seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cooking oil



 Prepare Spaghetti Sauce 



  • 1 cup chicken yakhni (Stock)
  • 3/4 cup Cream
  • 2 tsp peri peri seasoning
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 medium pyaz (Onion) chopped
  • 300g spaghetti (boiled with salt for 90% done)
  • 1 cup or aa required chedder cheese
  • 1/4 cup or as required mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) sliced

 Instructions 



 Prepare Peri Peri Seasoning 


  • Grab a big jar and put in sugar, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, onion powder, pink salt, dried oregano, chicken powder, red chili powder, and citric acid.
  • Close the lid, shake it well, and keep it aside. Now, take chicken fillets, sprinkle the prepared peri peri seasoning, add lemon juice, and rub it on both sides.Leave it be.
  • In an iron pan, pour cooking oil, add the seasoned fillets, cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes, flip, cover, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Make slices , and enjoy.


 Prepare Spaghetti Sauce 


  • In a jug, mix chicken stock, cream, 2 tablespoons of peri peri seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix well, set it aside.
  • In the same cast iron pan, put cooking oil and sauté onions for 1-2 minutes.Pour in the creamy mixture, mix it, and cook for a minute.
  • Add boiled spaghetti, sliced chicken, and give it a good mix. Toss in cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, mixing until the cheese melts. Sprinkle fresh parsley, more mozzarella cheese, red chili, and it's ready to be served.
