 Chicken Tikka Pizza 


These days, eating pizza is regarded as a simple past time. Pizza is a pretty pricey pastime, especially for the younger generation, who often order it when they're feeling festive. because the expense of it frequently exceeds your whole budget. However, imagine how simple it will be to cook this pizza at home; you can prepare it anytime you want and host a memorable party.

 Ingredients 

 Chicken Tikka Filling 


  • 1/2 kg Chicken boneless 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp or to taste salt (Namak)
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder (Coriander powder)
  • 2 tsp cooking oil for frying Coal for smoke



  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 medium pyaz (Onion) chopped
  • 1 tsp lehsan (Garlic)
  • 2 cups tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped
  • 1/2 tsp or to taste Namak (Salt)
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1 tsp or to taste red chili) Crushed


 Pizza Dough 


  • 3/4 cup neem garam doodh (Warm milk)
  • 3/4 cup neem garam pani (Warm water)
  • 3 & 1/2 cups maida (All-purpose flour)
  • 1 tsp namak (Salt)
  • 1 tsp cheeni (Sugar)
  • Khameer (Dry instant yeast)
  • 2 tsp soften makhan (Butter)
  • 1 anda (Egg)
  • 1 tsp cooking oil


 Assembling 


  • Pizza sauce Cheddar cheese
  • Chicken tikka filling Pyaz (Onion) Sliced Olives Mozzarella cheese
  • Jalapenos Oregano to sprinkle
  • Red chili crushed



 Instructions 


 Chicken Tikka filling 



  • Add chicken, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, crushed red chili, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder in a bowl. Leave it marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  • In hot oil fry the marinated chicken for at least one to two minutes once fry well then set aside.
  • For the homemade pizza sauce, fry onion in oil until they become translucent.. Then add garlic when the tomatoes turn mushy and simmer. Incorporate red chili powder, dried oregano, dried basil leaves, white pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, crushed red chili, and very high flame until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
  • Combine the water and milk, blending them to create the pizza dough. In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, butter, sugar, salt, instant yeast, and egg. Combine and knead with the mixture of milk and water. Let the dough double in size, then introduce oil, cover, and allow it to rest for two hours. Add oil once more and set it aside.


 Assembling 



  • Take the dough, form a ball, press and flatten it, shaping it into a round. Prick it with a fork. Drizzle with pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, crushed red chili, jalapenos, oregano, onion, and chicken tikka filling. Before baking, let it sit for fifteen minutes.
  • In a pot, add 1 pack (800gms) of salt, place a wire rack (minimum 2-3 inches high), and heat on high flame for 15 minutes.
  • Place the pizza, cover, and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts on high flame.
