  • 3 pieces baingan
  • 1/2 kg Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp or to taste salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chili
  • Fresh coriander
