Smokey Chicken Croquettes Recipe

 Smokey Chicken Croquettes 


With the tastiness of Opler's Cream or you have in your own house, Smokey Chicken Croquettes give a gastronomic experience. Be ready for a delicious and creamy treat that will make you fall in love with chicken all over again you have not eat before.


 Ingredients 


  • 1 & 1/2 tsp tikka masala  (Spice)
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp BBQ sauce 
  • 500g chicken fillets
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp cooking oil
  • Charcoal (Koyla) for smoke
  • 3-4 tsp cooking oil
  • 2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup Maida ( All-purpose flour)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Opler's Milk
  • 1 tsp red chili crushed
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Opler's Cream
  • 1 tsp Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh coriander chopped 1
  • 1/2 cup Opler's Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 cup or as required Maida (All-purpose flour) 
  • 2 whisked eggs
  • 1 Cup or as required Breadcrumbs 
  • Cooking oil for frying


 Instructions 


  • Add the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, tikka masala, and BBQ sauce to a frying pan and stir thoroughly.
  • Toss in the chicken fillets, coat thoroughly, cover, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Add cooking oil, light the stove, and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until done.
  • Remove from heat and use a fork to shred the chicken.
  • Allow two minutes for coal smoke.
  • Add cooking oil, onion, and garlic to a frying pan, stir well, and sauté for two minutes.
  • Add the all-purpose flour, stir thoroughly, and cook for one minute.
  • Stir in milk, boil, stirring, until thickened.
  • Add crushed red chili, pink salt, and powdered black pepper, and thoroughly combine.
  • Cut off the heat and thoroughly stir in the cream, fresh coriander, and fresh basil leaves.
  • At this point, add the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  • Using your lubricated hands, take a little amount (60g) of the mixture and form it into a ball.
  • Coat in all-purpose flour, dunk in beaten eggs, and then dust with bread crumbs
  • Stored in the freezer for up to a month when kept in an airtight container
  • Heat frying oil in a pan and cook croquettes over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Serve with 20 servings of tomato ketchup.
