 Ingredients 


  • 2 & 1/2 pounds chicken / goat meat
  • 2 small size onions
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp black Cumin
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp hot spices
  • 2 mugs rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 3 pieces carrots crushed (Kadukash)

  • 1/2 tsp sugar


 Instructions 


  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat, ginger, and garlic, and fry for a few minutes. Next, add the chopped onions and cook until the meat changes color. Finally, add the salt, black cumin, and hot spices.
  • Add seven to eight cups of water and continue cooking after a few minutes of frying until the mixture is reduced by half or the meat is done.
