  • 2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds (kala zeera)
  • 1/2 cup Chana Dal
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tomato (sliced)

  • After that, shallow-fry in oil. Halve the buns and warm them up in a frying pan with a small amount of oil.
  • Arrange the cucumber, tomato slice, kabab, salad leaves, and chutney.
  • Place a bun on top and serve hot.
