Schezwan Chutney Ingredients


All the necessary ingredients for making this chutney are given below in the same quantity you will use them.


  • 30 grams – Dried Kashmiri Red Chilies
  • 30 grams – plain dry red chilies
  • 150ml- oil
  •  2 teaspoons - tomato ketchup
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • One onion
  •  A ginger
  • Two teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Two teaspoons of vinegar
  • Coriander stalks
